This policy explains what personal information dearauntjune.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Operation Delune, a brand of SZY Negócios Digitais, Brazil. Contact: hello@dearauntjune.com.

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, country or billing details and order details. Payments are processed by our checkout provider, which receives your card information directly. We never see or store your full card number.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
When you visit the site: basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance.
Advertising measurement: if enabled, the Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technology to record visits and purchases, so we can measure which ads work and show ads to people likely to be interested. See "Cookies and the Meta Pixel" below.

We don't ask for, and you don't need to share, anything about your relationship or your feelings to buy or use our products.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, send your receipt and give you access to your download.
To answer your emails and process refunds.
To keep the site secure and working.
To measure and improve our advertising.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business: our checkout and payment provider, our email provider, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, if the pixel is enabled, Meta Platforms. We don't sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with Meta for targeted advertising may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out as described below.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

The site itself doesn't need cookies to work. When the Meta Pixel is enabled, it sets cookies to measure ad performance. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we don't load the pixel. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser, adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or email us to opt out.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 5 years. Emails are kept as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states, the UK, the EU or Brazil), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. To use any of them, email hello@dearauntjune.com. We'll answer within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We are based in Brazil and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We rely on providers that use recognized safeguards for these transfers.

Children

Our site and products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
